How service cancellations and refund requests are handled.

Budget Bytes primarily provides consulting, marketing, account management, analytics, strategy and other professional services. Fees are generally charged for reserved capacity, work performed, deliverables and agreed service periods.
2. Cancellation
Cancellation rights, notice periods and any lock-in requirements are governed by the specific quotation, engagement letter, work order or agreement accepted by the client.
3. Refund eligibility
Payments for completed work, commenced service periods, approved third-party costs, advertising spend, travel, production expenses or other non-recoverable costs are ordinarily not refundable unless the applicable engagement document states otherwise or a refund is required by law.
4. Duplicate or erroneous payments
If you believe a payment was duplicated or made in error, contact Budget Bytes promptly with the transaction details so the matter can be reviewed.
5. Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, the processing method and timeline may depend on the original payment channel, banking system and payment processor.
