At BudgetBytes, we believe in transparent and fair business practices. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and service terminations are handled for our F&B consulting, marketing, strategy, and digital services.
1. Introduction
This policy applies to all payments made to BudgetBytes through our website, email, invoices, or online payment gateways including Razorpay, Stripe, and PayU.
By making a payment or engaging our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below. This policy is designed for restaurant owners, cloud kitchens, QSRs, cafés, multi-outlet chains, and food startups across India.
2. Nature of Services
BudgetBytes provides professional services such as business strategy, restaurant consulting, digital marketing, influencer management, operations improvement, and performance analysis.
Since these services involve time, expertise, planning, and resource allocation, all purchases are considered service-based and not physical products.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email before the service engagement begins.
- Cancellations made before project kickoff may be considered for partial refund
- No cancellation is allowed once strategy planning, execution, or service delivery has started
- Monthly retainers can be cancelled with prior written notice as per the agreed contract
- Advance payments for workshops, audits, or consultations are non-transferable
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of service delivery.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed or partially delivered services
- No refunds for strategy documents, audits, reports, or consultations once shared
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, and planning charges are non-refundable
- Approved refunds, if any, are processed to the original payment method
5. Payment Gateway Processing
All online payments are securely processed through trusted gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, and PayU.
If a refund is approved, processing timelines depend on the respective payment provider and usually take 5–10 working days.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of business decision after service commencement
- Lack of results due to external market or operational factors
- Delays caused by missing inputs or approvals from the client
- Third-party platform limitations such as Swiggy, Zomato, Meta, or Google
7. Service Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with any service, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Our team will review concerns and attempt resolution through discussion and support.
Disputes do not automatically qualify for refunds unless explicitly approved by BudgetBytes management.
8. Policy Updates
BudgetBytes reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updates will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.
